Chee Hong Tat, Senior Minister of State for Trade and Industry and Education, Melissa Ow, Deputy Chief Executive, Singapore Tourism Board and SACEOS 40th Executive Committee on stage unveil SACEOS refreshed logo at SACEOS 40th Anniversary.
SACEOS is the Singapore Association for Conventions & Exhibitions Organisers and Suppliers – the nation’s trade association for over a growing community of companies in the meetings, incentives, conventions, exhibitions and events (MICEE) industry.
Founded in 1979, SACEOS’ mission is to help our companies and workforce develop competitively and prosper; work closely with government agencies to attract and grow business events that support Singapore’s drive to be a Global-Asia node for Innovation, Technology and Enterprise; and entrench Singapore’s position as the world’s leading destination for MICE events and businesses.
At SACEOS 40th Anniversary, SACEOS launched a refreshed logo witnessed by close to 1,000 guests from government, regional and corporate communities and was also joined by Guest of Honour, Senior Minister of State for Trade and Industry and Education, Chee Hong Tat.
The refreshed logo captivates a MICEE industry entering an exciting era, driven by digitalisation, globalisation and the need for deeper engagement. It is evolving to be one that is future-ready.
Each arc represents the vibrant ecosystem of enterprises, people and capabilities of the segments of “MICEE” (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, Exhibitions and Events). Alone, they are strong; Together, they are great. As an enabling platform and community across major industries, MICEE is truly pervasive.
The movements of the arcs represent the rapid, smooth flows of commerce activity and liquidity of business potentials generated from MICE events, across geographies and boundaries.
“The little red dot” pays homage to Singapore and as an industry, MICEE continues to be an important economic, cultural and social force supporting and enabling the nation’s progress.
As effective on 17 Jan 2020, SACEOS refreshed logo will be officially used across all platforms.
