No Amount of words can express my feelings today. Though my journey with Mr.Darryl Dasilva began on corporate footings but due to his persona the relationship with him soon transgressed in to personal equation. I have shared some of my most sensitive ups and dips with the man I unfortunately have to only cherish in my memories now. The loss is not just grave but irreparable in all quarters. I pray we are connected in spirit always.

– Sudhir Dhavan, Country Head-Sales & Operations.

Daryl was everyone’s friend.
I’ve known him since the day he started his career with Jacob Macwan at Intec , till now at MMI – from an executive to a CEO! Seeing this growth at very close quarters , I had occasionally been around for brotherly advise.
I suppose the last few years as a co-EC member in the IEIA were the best with him . It was a new him I had not seen – firm , vocal , and always being constructive – our man for the industry.
I used to jest with him – “Daryl , you are the tallest amongst us !”

– Ravinder Sethi, Managing Director of R.E. Rogers Pvt Ltd.

When I think of Darryl, I cannot but think of the song “For he is a jolly good fellow…”. A perfect gent, a great all round guy, all whilst being a thorough professional who was always one step ahead of the curve. He will be sorely missed. All of us here at HMFI express our sincere condolences on his untimely passing and pray for strength for his family and his MMI family so that they may fulfil the legacy Darryl would have wanted to leave behind.

– Mr. Mehul Lanvers Shah MD of Hannover Milano Fairs.

Darryl has been associated with the trade fair industry since the last 18 years and during this time; I had the pleasure of interacting with him many times.
