It’s disheartening to see something go kaput! Announced nine years ago, the then Finance Minister had announced the establishment of a world class trade centre in Amritsar. Who is to be blamed? Successive Governments taking long to deliver their promises? It is really sad to know that something could have been and caused a great deal but now is a distant dream!
