The 23rd edition of CREDAI-Pune Metro Property EXPO 2025, one of the region’s most prestigious real estate and development events, concluded on a highly successful note. Held at the agricultural College Grounds, Pune, from January 17 to 19, 2025, the event was inaugurated by Honorable union Minister of State for Civil aviation and Cooperation, Shri Muralidhar Ji Mohol.
This year’s Expo has set a new benchmark in terms of participation, innovation, and impact. The incredible turnout and enthusiastic response reflect the growing interest in sustainable and affordable housing solutions. It was heartening to see developers, industry leaders and homebuyers coming together to exchange ideas and drive the future of real estate in Pune. We have also discussed development measures that we feel need to be taken to make Pune a truly developed city.
