The Karnataka Tourism Society (KTS) has launched a comprehensive Regional Market Expansion Campaign through a series of Destination Promotion B2B Roadshows, positioning Karnataka as a premier tourism destination for the upcoming travel season.
Conducted in collaboration with the Department of Tourism, Government of Karnataka; Ministry of Tourism, Government of India; Karnataka State Tourism Development Corporation (KSTDC); Jungle Lodges & Resorts Ltd. (JLR); and the South India Hotels & Restaurants Association (SIHRA), the campaign aims to strengthen Karnataka’s visibility and boost domestic inbound travel.
As part of the initiative, curated B2B roadshows will be held across key South Indian cities in Tamil Nadu and Kerala to showcase Karnataka’s cultural heritage, hill stations, natural landscapes, wildlife reserves, and adventure tourism offerings. The series begins in Coimbatore on November 25, 2025, followed by Cochin on November 26, Madurai on November 27, and concludes in Salem on November 28.
A total of 42 stakeholders from Karnataka will participate in these roadshows, engaging with travel trade partners in each city. Expected buyer turnout includes 150 in Coimbatore, 200 in Cochin, 120 in Madurai, and 100 in Salem.
