India Manufacturing Show 2025 Concludes with Strong Industry Participation and Strategic Sector Focus
The 7th edition of the India Manufacturing Show (IMS) 2025 concluded successfully at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC), Bengaluru, marking one of the most impactful editions of the event to date. Held from November 6 to 8, the show brought together leading stakeholders from aerospace, defence engineering, heavy engineering, MSMEs, and advanced manufacturing sectors, reaffirming India’s rapid emergence as a global manufacturing hub.

Organised in line with the national vision of Make in India and Atmanirbhar Bharat, IMS 2025 recorded exceptional industry engagement. More than 400 exhibitors, including over 220 MSMEs, showcased cutting-edge technologies, next-generation engineering capabilities, and innovative manufacturing solutions. The exhibition space was fully booked, underscoring the strong interest from domestic and international participants. The event also attracted over 20,000 business visitors representing policymakers, OEMs, technology leaders, and supply-chain partners.
A key highlight of IMS 2025 was the focus on aerospace and defence manufacturing, with strong participation from companies and institutions working to strengthen India’s indigenisation drive. Vendor development programmes and structured B2B meetings enabled MSMEs to connect with large-scale manufacturers and defence PSUs, facilitating new opportunities in procurement, sourcing, and supplier integration.
Several government and industry bodies highlighted India’s accelerated growth trajectory in manufacturing, noting that the sector is expanding at an annual rate of 11.6 per cent and is on course to reach the US$1 trillion mark by 2025-26. Discussions at the show centred on technological advancements, digital manufacturing, automation, sustainability, and supply chain optimisation—key pillars powering India’s industrial transformation.
IMS 2025 reinforced its role as a leading platform for business generation, technology exchange, and policy-industry dialogue. With strong participation across sectors and a clear emphasis on building advanced, future-ready manufacturing ecosystems, this year’s edition marked another significant milestone in India’s journey towards becoming a global manufacturing powerhouse.
