Exhicon Evaluates Strategic Growth Options for United Helicharters Pvt Ltd

Exhicon Events Media Solutions Ltd, a 360 degree integrated events and media company listed on BSE (SME) has stated that it is evaluating strategic growth options for its wholly owned subsidiary, United Helicharters Pvt Ltd (UHPL), as part of its long-term growth roadmap.
Company sources indicated that the evaluation includes various capital-structuring and expansion alternatives, which may involve strategic partnerships, or potential capital market-related options, subject to feasibility, regulatory requirements, market conditions, and requisite approvals.
“As part of normal business planning, the company periodically reviews growth strategies for its subsidiaries. No definitive decision has been taken at this stage, and any material development will be disclosed in accordance with applicable laws and SEBI regulations,” an Exhicon spokesperson said.
UHPL operates in the niche Helicopter MRO ( Maintenance, Repairs and Operations) Charter and Aviation services segment, and has a large base at Juhu Civil Aerodrome, Mumbai.
The subsidiary, acquired by Exhicon from Gulf Helicopters ( Qatar General Petroleum Corporation, Doha) continues to function independently.
Exhicon clarified that there is no proposal approved by the Board at present with respect to listing, dilution of stake, or public offering of UHPL, and that the ongoing evaluation should not be construed as an announcement of any specific transaction.
Industry analysts note that companies across sectors are increasingly reviewing long-term capital and governance structures for their subsidiaries in line with evolving market opportunities and regulatory frameworks.
