Mumbai, January 22, 2026:
The Indian Gifts and Premium Expo, held alongside the PPS Expo (Pen, Paper & Stationery), was inaugurated today at the Jio World Convention Centre, marking a significant new addition to India’s B2B trade exhibition landscape. The three-day exhibition will remain open to visitors until January 24, 2026, with free entry for trade visitors.

Organised by the Zhep Udyogini Foundation, the Indian Gifts and Premium Expo is being hosted for the first time by the foundation, underlining its commitment to empowering micro-entrepreneurs and strengthening grassroots business ecosystems. Founded by Pournima Shirishkar, Zhep Udyogini focuses on creating sustainable growth opportunities for small businesses, manufacturers, and emerging entrepreneurs across sectors.
The exhibition features over 600 booths showcasing a wide range of products across gifting, corporate merchandise, promotional products, pens, paper, stationery, and allied categories. The strong exhibitor turnout reflects growing demand for structured B2B platforms that connect manufacturers, distributors, and small-scale entrepreneurs under one roof.
Speaking to TradeFairTimes, Pournima Shirishkar, Founder, Zhep Udyogini Foundation, said, “This exhibition is being organised for the first time by our foundation with the core objective of connecting micro-entrepreneurs with manufacturers and enabling them to access new business opportunities. At the same time, the platform is designed to help manufacturers strengthen their distribution networks, not only across India but also in international markets. Our aim is to build long-term business linkages and create a strong, inclusive network for growth.”
Exhibitors expressed strong enthusiasm for the initiative, appreciating the foundation’s efforts to create a focused marketplace that supports emerging entrepreneurs alongside established manufacturers. Many participants noted that the exhibition offers meaningful networking opportunities, direct business interactions, and exposure to new markets.
With a robust exhibitor presence, focused product segments, and a clear emphasis on business matchmaking, the Indian Gifts and Premium Expo and PPS Expo are expected to generate strong trade engagement over the three days, reinforcing Mumbai’s position as a key hub for B2B exhibitions in the gifting and stationery sectors.
