ICPB Announces 15th Conventions India Conclave 2026 in Partnership with ITPO and Delhi Tourism
The India Convention Promotion Bureau (ICPB), with the support of the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, has announced the 15th Conventions India Conclave (CIC) 2026, which will be held from August 19–21, 2026, at Bharat Mandapam.
Organised in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism and jointly hosted by India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) and Delhi Tourism, the conclave will be held under the theme “Powering the Future of Innovation.”
The partnership between ITPO and Delhi Tourism highlights the growing synergy between India’s leading exhibition infrastructure provider and the capital city’s tourism promotion agency. As the custodian of Bharat Mandapam, ITPO has played a pivotal role in elevating New Delhi’s profile as a world-class destination for international exhibitions, conventions, and business events. Delhi Tourism, meanwhile, continues to actively promote the city as a premier MICE destination, leveraging its rich cultural heritage, modern infrastructure, and excellent connectivity to attract global business travellers and event organizers.
Recognised as South Asia’s leading B2B networking platform for the convention industry, CIC 2026 is expected to attract 350–400 delegates, including domestic and international buyers, along with 75–100 exhibitors. The programme will feature pre-scheduled business meetings, industry-focused discussions, and sessions focusing on technology innovation, corporate incentives, exhibitions, conferences, and emerging trends shaping the global MICE sector.
The conclave will provide a strategic platform for industry leaders, convention bureaus, venue operators, tourism boards, event organizers, and corporate decision-makers to exchange ideas, forge partnerships, and identify new business opportunities.
By bringing together key stakeholders under one roof, ICPB, ITPO, and Delhi Tourism aim to further strengthen India’s position as a preferred global convention destination while showcasing the country’s rapidly expanding meetings and conventions ecosystem.
