18th IPCA Electronics Expo Rescheduled to January 2027; Acexm7 Events Announces Revised Dates

Acexm7 Events Private Limited, a leading organiser of B2B trade exhibitions and industry conferences in India, has announced the rescheduling of the 18th IPCA Electronics Expo and several co-located industry exhibitions to January 2027. The events were originally planned for 2026.

The decision was taken after detailed consultations with key industry stakeholders, including the Indian Printed Circuit Association (IPCA), organisers of Bharat Smart Factory & Automation Expo, Bharat Chemical Tech Expo, India Surface Treatment & Finishing Expo (ISTF), India Adhesives & Bonding Show, and FabTech, along with exhibitors, venue authorities and industry partners.

According to Acexm7 Events, the revised schedule is aimed at delivering a larger, stronger and more business-focused edition that aligns with the rapidly evolving electronics manufacturing ecosystem in India.

Key Factors Behind the Rescheduling:

The organisers cited several industry and market factors that influenced the decision:

• Rising raw material costs and ongoing supply chain disruptions affecting participation and investment planning.
• Global geopolitical developments and economic uncertainty impacting business sentiment.
• Requests from exhibitors and buyers for additional preparation time to maximise participation and return on investment.
• Alignment with major government initiatives, including Make in India, the Production Linked Incentive (PLI) Scheme, and the broader Viksit Bharat @2047

Organiser’s Statement

Bharat Mandapam to Host the 2027 Edition:

The rescheduled exhibitions will be held at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, one of India’s premier convention and exhibition venues. The organisers will announce the final event dates, exhibition floor plans, participation packages and enhanced exhibitor benefits in the coming weeks.
