The 40th edition of AAHAR 2026, the International Food & Hospitality Fair, concluded on a resounding high at Bharat Mandapam, reaffirming its stature as one of Asia’s most powerful B2B platforms for the food processing and hospitality industry. The five-day exhibition witnessed an overwhelming footfall of over 1.5 lakh visitors, significantly surpassing expectations, alongside more than 2,800 high-value B2B meetings.

Organised by India Trade Promotion Organisation under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, in association with the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, the event brought together over 1,800 exhibitors from 17 countries, including 155 international participants. From cutting-edge food processing technologies to advanced packaging and hospitality solutions, the exhibition showcased the full spectrum of industry innovation.

For the first time, Italy joined as the Partner Country, while global participation from nations such as Australia, Germany, Japan, and the United Kingdom further elevated the event’s international profile. Spanning 1,15,000 sqm, the exhibition also spotlighted MSMEs and start-ups, offering them a dynamic platform to scale, collaborate, and access global markets.
With strong government backing, robust international participation, and a clear focus on innovation and trade, AAHAR 2026 has once again demonstrated its critical role in positioning India as a global hub for food processing and hospitality excellence.
