TFT – How are things shaping up for the upcoming Indo-Thai MICE Business Meeting?

AG Things are shaping up very well for the upcoming Indo-Thai MICE Business Matching. Since, only less than a week is left, our team is busy making preparations, putting a plan in place and getting things done efficiently.

 

TFT – What is the agenda of organising this meet? What objective does it hold?

AG – The agenda behind organizing this meet is two-fold. Thailand and India have had notable investor relations in the past, and this event is nothing but an exclusive platform for companies to meet and strengthen the existing relationship between India and Thailand.  The objective of the event is to act as a medium to improve economies of two of leading countries of Asia –Thailand and India. Thailand has hosted various successful events in the past and this event aims to be a part of their successful legacy.

 

TFT – What are the expectations from this event?

AG – We expect this event to be a successful medium for building business relationships between India and Thailand. This event will help building contacts, help companies get in joint ventures or even expansion of businesses globally.

 

TFT – How many visitors are expected? Who should visit this event?

AG – 300 visitors are expected at the event.  It is a must visit for Tour operators, Hotels and Catering companies, Wedding Organisers, Event managers, Service providers who are ready to make their business global.

 

TFT – Which industries does this Buyer-Seller meet caters to?

AG – The Buyer-Seller meet caters to Tour Management companies, Hotels, Caterers, Wedding Organisers, Event Managers, and Exhibition Organizers. It is an event completely devoted to the M.I.C.E industry and provides an end to end medium for building contacts with top M.I.C.E companies from Thailand.

 

TFT – How can the participants benefit out of this meet? What profit do you see for the stakeholders?

AG – Participants do not have to go to Thailand, when they can build contacts in Mumbai itself! This is an exclusive buyer-seller meet and gives Indian companies a chance to meet with a plethora of companies from Thailand and become well-connected. For stakeholders of companies, we expect this event to leverage their sales and marketing teams in making new clients and building their pipeline.

 

TFT – What can you say about Thailand based companies looking to expand in India? How will it benefit the Exhibition and MICE Industry?

AG – Thailand based companies who are looking to expand in India, are entering a market which has some great opportunities. The collaborations, joint ventures will be nothing but beneficial for them and help them leverage their businesses. The Exhibition and MICE industry will get bigger with the help of this event. Thailand based exhibitions can bring their event to India or vice versa. Indian companies can make their events global, improve standards and quality of work, working with stall fabricators or service providers of Thailand.

TFT – Can you tell us about the future events of Winmark Exhibitions?

AG – Winmark will soon begin to work on the 7th edition of China Homelife and China Machinex India 2019. This year, the expo will be bigger and better in terms of size and visitors.
