EXHICON’s Airbus H125 Helicopter Now Ready for Deployment, Enhancing Asset-Backed Earnings Visibility

United Helicharters Pvt Ltd (UHPL), a subsidiary of Exhicon Events Media Solutions Ltd (EXHICON) and formerly a subsidiary of Gulf Helicopters, a Qatar General Petroleum Corporation (QGPC) entity, has completed operational preparations for the deployment of its Airbus H125 Helicopter

The acquisition was undertaken following a five-year dry lease agreement executed last year with Pinal Holidays & Aviation. The aircraft was purchased through a fully paid transaction from Savbak Helicopters AB, Sweden.

Registered as VT-UHE (United Helicharters by EXHICON), the company will retain ownership of the asset, while operational deployment and utilisation are undertaken by the Pinal Holidays and Aviation ( the lessee), enabling positive cash flows with limited direct operational exposure for the company.

Prakash Nayak, CTO & Director of UHPL stated that the readiness for deployment marks a key milestone in EXHICON’s capital-efficient asset deployment strategy, wherein investments are executed only after securing long-term cash-flow commitments. This approach is designed to enhance return on capital employed (ROCE), reduce utilisation risk, and improve earnings stability for shareholders.

The Airbus H125 is one of the most widely operated single-engine helicopters globally, known for its reliability, operational flexibility, and strong residual value. Its proven performance in hot-and-high conditions makes it suitable for sustained operations across pilgrimage tourism, charter services, and specialised aviation missions in India.

With the helicopter now operationally ready, United Helicharters adds a revenue-generating aviation asset to its balance sheet, supporting EXHICON’s broader strategy of building scalable, asset-backed verticals alongside its core exhibitions and event infrastructure businesses.

EXHICON indicated that future fleet additions under United Helicharters would continue to follow a lease-anchored, disciplined capital allocation framework, subject to regulatory approvals, demand visibility, and return thresholds, ensuring long-term value creation for shareholders.
