From India to the World: How VCRAFT STUDIO is Creating High-Impact Exhibition Spaces for Global Brands

Aniket Saxena, Global Business Director, VCRAFT STUDIO

TFT: Vcraft Studio operates across 32 countries—a scale very few Indian exhibition service providers have achieved. Please tell us about the company!

Aniket Saxena: Vcraft Studio, under Leafy Ink International Group, is today present with registered offices in the USA, Spain, and India. Vcraft Studio was started as a challenge and curiosity to serve global clients, and over time it became our passion to learn and grow in the exhibition and event space worldwide.

The way Vcraft Studio has grown is simple — business grows with good relationships. Vcraft Studio has always provided committed and trusted support to companies looking for international execution, and to clients who want a professional management company that is not limited to just one or two warehouses. That’s how Vcraft Studio has been able to expand across 32 countries and build its reputation as a reliable global partner.

Vcraft Studio works on behalf of Event; Exhibition companies/agencies from India to execute projects in Japan, Russia, South Korea, USA, Europe, UK, Australia & Many More. Worked for pavilions like APEDA, Ministry of Tourism India, Ministry of Mines, Africa Pavillion, Macau, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh many more. Similarly for various other European partners executing for companies/agencies in USA, Middle East, China, India, Japan etc and vice versa.

TFT: What was the original vision behind building such a global footprint, and what were the biggest inflection points in this journey?

Aniket Saxena: The vision of Vcraft Studio started with entering the industry as a new player and realizing that global service providers were scattered, with reliability, quality, and commitments often not matched. Vcraft Studio was ambitious to become one of the most affordable yet renowned management companies in the global market.

The turning points came when Vcraft Studio built trust by not bypassing partner clientele, and by consistently delivering services with quality and commitment. That trust became the foundation for Vcraft Studio’s global footprint.

TFT: How does operating across markets like Europe, the USA, the Middle East, and Asia change the way you think about booth design and client expectations?

Aniket Saxena: Vcraft Studio has learned that client expectations are common everywhere, but the difference lies in how regions perceive pricing. In markets like the USA and Europe, clients understand the relation between expectations and cost. For Vcraft Studio, it’s not about being the cheapest — it’s about understanding the client’s expectations better and delivering accordingly. That’s what wins projects across regions.

TFT: Operating simultaneously across Europe, the USA, the Middle East, and Asia requires strong operational systems. How has Vcraft Studio structured its global execution model to ensure consistency and reliability?

Aniket Saxena: Vcraft Studio believes every manhour worked must be counted. That’s why Vcraft Studio doesn’t push itself into smaller booths or events. Instead, Vcraft Studio focuses on large‑scale booths from 100 sqm to 600+ sqm. By keeping the team focused on fewer but bigger projects, Vcraft Studio ensures efficiency, consistency, and reliability. In short, Vcraft Studio prefers to deliver 10 impactful booths rather than 100 smaller ones.

TFT: How does Vcraft Studio manage local compliance, venue regulations, and labour norms across different countries?

Aniket Saxena: Vcraft Studio acts as a management company with local offices and relies on trusted on‑ground partners to handle compliance, venue regulations, and labour norms. Vcraft Studio doesn’t micromanage these tasks because business is about networks, trust, and opportunities. This framework of partners, clients, and associates ensures Vcraft Studio meets compliance everywhere while staying focused on delivery.

TFT: How would you describe Vcraft Studio’s design philosophy when it comes to modular booths versus custom-built exhibition stands?

Aniket Saxena: Vcraft Studio is a new‑generation company that adapts to global trends. Custom booths have unmatched impact but involve higher costs, time, and labour. Modular booths are smart, cost‑effective, quick to install, and reusable. Vcraft Studio’s design philosophy depends on the client’s goals, budget, timeline, and region. For example, modular booths are more common in the USA, while other regions balance between modular and custom depending on these factors.

TFT: How does Vcraft Studio ensure that booth design aligns with a client’s brand identity and business objectives, especially for global exhibitions?

Aniket Saxena: Vcraft Studio starts by studying the client’s profile, objectives, and past exhibition experiences. Sometimes clients are unclear, and sometimes expectations exceed budgets. Vcraft Studio works through these challenges by finding solutions that balance ambition with reality. The aim is always to deliver booth designs that align with brand identity and business objectives, even when budgets are tight.

TFT: In one sentence, what would you say defines Vcraft Studio as a global exhibition booth partner?

Aniket Saxena: Vcraft Studio is all about commitment, dedication, and building a worldwide network of businesses connected through trust and mutual support.
