IESA to Organise Eventfull Bharat MarketPlace with AGM

The EVENTFULL BHARAT – MARKET PLACE is an initiative of IESA – Indian Exhibition, Events & Conferences Services Association – providing an exclusive platform to showcase India’s strengths and capabilities; R&D; innovations; and talent available for the Exhibitions and Events Industry.  The first editions of this event held concurrently with IESA’s India Expo Shop 2025 was a great success at Yashobhoomi Convention and Exhibition Centre, New Delhi.

The second edition of EventFull Bharat is scheduled for 9th October 2026 at Surat Garden, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi.  This one-day exclusive event will be held concurrently with the 11th Annual Session and AGM of IESA.  This exclusive gathering is expected to be attended by senior stakeholders of the Exhibitions and Events Industry of India and will provide an opportunity to interact and network for future businesses with relevant attendees of over 250 business professionals from this industry.

The event will include the following:

  • A Showcase (Mini Exhibition) of innovative products and services for the exhibitions and events industry
  • Panel discussions on select subjects by industry experts
  • B2B Meetings
  • IESA AGM (only for IESA Members by invitation)
  • Cocktail and dinner

The Panel will include discussions on current and future requirements of the industry, scope for innovations, adoption of advanced technologies and AI to save cost and time, ways to improve quality and timely delivery, safety and security for all stakeholders, skilling and training, etc. amongst others.

The IESA Community with over 400 members, covering a variety of segments in the Exhibition & Events Industry in India, is the strongest back up ecosystem of this industry and is capable of handling and executing world class Exhibitions of small and large scale, in India and overseas.

The IESA Community is successfully partnering the Exhibitions and events industry for over the last five decades.
