In a landmark initiative to boost international postal logistics and enhance engagement with the export community, Maharashtra Postal Circle hosted the ‘India Post: Expo Symposium’ in Mumbai. The event aimed to facilitate strategic dialogue between India Post and high-volume exporters, particularly small and medium enterprises (SMEs), in the growing cross-border e-commerce and trade ecosystem.

- Signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between India Post (Maharashtra Circle) and the Federation of Indian Export Organizations (FIEO)
This MoU will support the Postal Export Promotion (PEP) Scheme, designed to simplify export processes for SMEs, offer compliance assistance, and provide packaging support at designated post offices.
Addressing the gathering, Shri Amitabh Singh emphasized India Post’s vision to become the most reliable and accessible logistics partner for Indian exporters. He stated:
