Messe Muenchen India Launches India RentX in Association with the Aerial Platform Association of India for the Construction Equipment Rental Industry

Mumbai, September 21, 2026: Messe Muenchen India, part of the Messe München Group, in association with the Aerial Platform Association of India, has announced the launch of India RentX, a new trade fair dedicated to India’s construction equipment rental ecosystem.

The inaugural edition will take place in September 2027 at Jio World Convention Centre, BKC, Mumbai.

Designed as a focused, high-value business platform, India RentX will connect equipment rental companies, manufacturers and service providers with senior leaders from infrastructure developers, EPC companies, construction firms, real estate businesses and industrial project organisations.

Expected attendees include C-suite executives, project directors, procurement heads, plant and equipment leaders, operations teams and safety professionals responsible for equipment strategy and deployment across major projects.

India RentX is being launched as India’s construction equipment market continues to grow, supported by sustained investment in infrastructure, real estate and industrial development. Equipment rental is gaining ground as project owners and contractors seek to manage capital expenditure, improve asset utilisation and deploy machinery in line with project timelines, locations and specific work requirements.

The exhibition will cover the full spectrum of rental-led construction and infrastructure equipment, including:

The exhibitor profile will extend beyond rental companies to include equipment manufacturers, dealers, fleet-technology providers, maintenance and inspection specialists, training organisations and other service partners supporting equipment performance and availability.

Visitors will be able to compare fleet strength, equipment availability, maintenance standards, safety documentation, operator support, service response, technology integration and commercial terms.
