An MoU for the establishment of the World Trade Centre (WTC) Thiruvananthapuram on non-SEZ land in Technopark Phase-I was officially signed by Technopark CEO Sanjeev Nair and brigade enterprises Ltd COO Hrishikesh Nair. The agreement was presented to Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan by brigade Group executive Chairman Jaishankar, in the presence of senior Muraleedharan and E&IT Secretary Rthan U Kelkar.
Strengthening Thiruvananthapuram’s IT Infrastructure
Technopark CEO Sanjeev Nair emphasized that the premium office spaces at WTC Thiruvananthapuram will enhance the region’s IT infrastructure, further positioning Thiruvananthapuram as a leading IT destination. He highlighted that the project would attract more IT/ITES companies and investments, boosting the city’s profile on the global IT map.

Brigade Group executive Chairman Jaishankar expressed confidence in the success of WTC Thiruvananthapuram, inspired by the success of the WTC Kochi. He outlined the ambitious plans to develop over one million square feet of premium office space, complemented by a business-class hotel.
