SBI Mega Property Show Inaugurated in Hyderabad

The State Bank of India (SBI), Hyderabad Circle, kicked off its highly anticipated three-day Mega Property Show on December 20, 2024 at the Hitex Exhibition Hall-4, Madhapur, Hyderabad.

Rajesh Kumar, Chief General Manager (CGM) of SBI Hyderabad Circle, inaugurated the event and highlighted SBI’s imminent achievement of surpassing the ₹8 trillion mark in home loans. He encouraged visitors to take advantage of the exclusive waivers on processing fees, interest concessions, and builder discounts available during the property show. Manju Sharma, CGM of REHBU at SBI’s Corporate Centre in Mumbai, spoke about the robust growth trajectory of the Indian real estate sector. the present real estate growth rate is 7 percent and by 2047 it is expected to reach to 17 percent at CAGR of 10 percent and mentioned that SBI is achieving 14 percent growth every year.

Industry Leaders Share Insights

Rajasekhar Reddy President of CREDAI, urge customers to have confidence in Hyderabad’s booming real estate market and seize the opportunity to invest in their dream homes at the expo. Shekhar Reddy, Vice President of the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC), suggested that reductions in bank interest rates and GST by the state government could help offset the rising costs of land and construction materials, providing a much-needed boost to the affordable housing segment.
