In his opening address, Pulis stressed the importance regulation has had on the SiGMA journey. “Regulation worldwide is the only way to go. With that mantra we have worked with the entire B2B industry worldwide. Fast forward eleven years and the B2B industry is with us – they trust us to bring people together, to help the industry grow and navigate the way forward.”

He went on to say that SiGMA aims to become not only strong with the community of business but to become a trusted source for players worldwide. “SiGMA will keep working hand-in-hand with B2B regulators to change the stigma online gambling has carried for a number of years – the B2C journey to 2030 is one where we can become a trusted source for all players to converge.”
He elaborated on this point, saying that SiGMA is sitting on an opportunity that can bring the entire global gaming industry to rally behind the SiGMA brand. “There’s millions of players out there looking for honest reviews, bonuses, not only about casinos but reputable regulators. Through the SiGMA brand we’re providing this opportunity.”
Looking ahead, the launch of SiGMA’s new Business-to-Government department will also play a key role – reaching out to every regulator and government entity that has not embraced regulation. Failure to do so, Pulis warns, will only lead to players going underground to sites that do not have the best interest of players in mind.
“The government has started to open their doors, to welcome our conferences. Yes, it brings economic value but it also helps the government to open their eyes to the need to regulate going forward.”
“We want sigma to be the most trusted source where those 3 pillars can converge.”

He also touched on the company’s strategic expansion into new markets – which, with eight geographical locations, cover the iGaming sector worldwide. The company will hold the first two new locations this year; SiGMA Central Europe, which takes place in Rome this November, and SiGMA South Asia in December, In 2026, SiGMA will host summits in eight regionally important cities, with Mexico City and Bangkok making their debut on the event calendar for the first time.
In an effort to build meaningful, long-term relationships between state institutions and the global gaming ecosystem, the next years will see SiGMA’s summits evolve into “diplomatic accelerators,” with cities bidding to host events. A stronger focus on responsible gaming, and deeper collaboration with governments and regulators will be central to future activities. Initiatives such as the iGaming Academy, Ikigai Ventures, and the Regulatory Advisory Program, serve to bolster not only platforms for global dialogue but also offer tangible support for businesses and governments alike.
Pulis also highlighted the importance of philanthropic work carried out by the SiGMA Foundation, with projects in Ethiopia, Uganda, Peru, Guatemala, and the Philippines projected to impact over 150,000 lives over the next five years. “Today, I measure wealth in positive impact. If I can help lift a million people out of poverty, then I’ve become a true millionaire.” he said.
The Vision 2030 roadmap also commits SiGMA to championing responsible gaming, ESG-driven policies, and global collaboration. Pulis closed his speech with a call to action: “ I welcome you to join me on this mission to help positively impact the world wherever we go.”
“We are proud to call this our home and we’re here to stay.”
