Jhansi Exhibition Centre

The Jhansi Exhibition Centre has been developed by the Jhansi Development Authority and designed and built by the BOOTES, India’s first Net – Zero engineering company. The exhibition centre has been inaugurated by CM Adityanath Yogi. The exhibition centre has a capacity of holding 10,000 guests.

Spread over 21 acres with a built-up area of more than 65,000 sq. ft., the Jhansi Exhibition Center is designed to host a wide range of events, including social gatherings for up to 10,000 people, large conferences, exhibitions and trade shows (with an air-conditioned hall capacity of 2,000), cultural programs, festivals, community events, business meetings, press briefings, and VIP delegations. This modern facility is expected to help position Jhansi as a growing center for culture, business, and tourism in the Bundelkhand region. Designed as a sustainable Net-Zero capable building, the Jhansi Exhibition Center incorporates advanced systems for energy and water conservation, including hydro-based cooling and heating, on-site renewable power generation, and natural daylighting. The structure also uses low-emission materials, native landscaping, and innovative water-saving technology, making it one of the most sustainable public infrastructure projects in North India.

Deepak Rai, Founder and Managing Director of BOOTES, said, “With JEC, we are creating more than just a venue — it is a platform for Bundelkhand’s aspirations, businesses, and community events. Following our landmark EDGE Advanced Certified Jhansi Library, Asia’s first 100% on-site energy generation project completed in just 90 days and recognized by the IFC (World Bank), JEC sets a new benchmark as a multipurpose, sustainable, net-zero capable, and future-ready facility. We are proud that Hon’ble CM Yogi Adityanath will inaugurate this project, marking a historic milestone for Bundelkhand.
