TEXTILE MACHINERY EXHIBITION TO TAKE PLACE IN MUMBAI FROM FEBRUARY 21-23

The Indian International Textile Machinery exhibitions Society (India ITM Society) is set to host the third edition of the Global Textile Technology and engineering Show (GTTES) in Mumbai from February 21 to 23, 2025. Ketan Sanghvi, Chairman of ITME India, emphasized that investments in the textile sector will increasingly focus on sustainability and productivity. He noted that machinery across all segments of the textile value chain must incorporate innovation, energy efficiency, automation, and artificial intelligence.

The GTTES will highlight advancements, innovations, and opportunities in the post-spinning sectors, including weaving, processing, finishing, garments, knitting, and technical textiles, with a strong focus on eco-friendly practices and sustainable growth. With 175 exhibitors from India and four other countries, covering eight major categories, the event is expected to attract a wide range of visitors, including business delegations from Africa, Sri Lanka, and other nations. Notably, there will be 42 exhibitors in the weaving segment and 38 in processing.
