Dear Readers, Happy New year from Team TFT! 2020 has been a one of a kind year due to the pandemic, which affected the Indian Exhibition Industry like never before.

While exhibitions like Paint India and Big India 7 are being postponed and rescheduled, Numaish being postponed and not starting on 1st January for the rst time in 72 years, and Global Ayurveda Festival (GAF) going virtual for 2021, some expos took the physical route and had a successful outcome. Recently Concluded textile expo SITEX generated Rs. 700 Crore in business and NESCO saw its first physical gathering since lockdown, the curtain raiser for India Auto Show. India International Mega Trade fair concluded successfully as well and you can read all about it in the Q&A.
International technology Expo COMPUTEX 2021 is set to be a Physical Exhibition too. It seems with the new year, with proper safety measures, the Exhibition Industry is slowly pacing back to the physical route. Hybrid Route is being taken too as ACMA Automechanika as well as, surprisingly, a Food expo FOODEX Japan goes hybrid.
The GOM has issued guidelines stating a COVID Negative report is must to participate in Exhibitions, read on about it and do share your feedback.
Be safe and keep reading TradeFairTimes!
