The ICPB MICE Roadshow Commences in Goa, fostering Networking and Collaborations among Industry Stakeholders

The ICPB MICE Roadshow 2026 has commenced today in Goa, with a 23-member delegation from the India Convention Promotion Bureau (ICPB) participating as hosted buyers. Scheduled from March 25–27, 2026, the roadshow is aimed at bringing together key stakeholders from across the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) sector to promote Goa as a preferred destination and facilitate ease of doing business.

The delegation includes representatives from national associations (medical and non-medical), professional conference organizers (PCOs), event management companies, and destination management companies (DMCs), engaging with government bodies and tourism stakeholders over the three-day program.

Day 1 – Arrival & Networking (Ongoing)

The roadshow has begun today (March 25) with the arrival of delegates and check-in at Taj Cidade de Goa Heritage. The evening will feature a property show-around followed by a networking dinner hosted by the hotel. The welcome dinner is expected to see participation from the visiting ICPB delegation along with select stakeholders, setting the stage for collaboration and engagement.

Day 2 – Roadshow Sessions & FAM Tour (March 26)

The second day will feature structured sessions beginning with an ICPB promotional video and opening remarks, followed by presentations from Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), Goa Tourism, and the ONGC Convention Centre.

A buyer introduction and Q&A session will provide a platform for direct interaction, followed by a networking lunch. In the afternoon, delegates will participate in a curated Familiarization (FAM) tour organized by Goa Tourism, covering key venues and attractions including Dona Paula Jetty, Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Indoor Stadium, the iconic Basilica of Bom Jesus, and Aguada Fort and Aguada Jail, along with a boat transfer experience from Panjim Jetty.

The day will conclude with a closing dinner hosted by Goa Tourism, expected to be attended by the Hon’ble Tourism Minister of Goa, along with senior government officials and key tourism stakeholders.

Day 3 – Departure (March 27)

The roadshow will conclude with breakfast, followed by hotel check-out and departure transfers for delegates.

With the 23-member ICPB delegation now on ground, the ongoing roadshow is set to drive meaningful engagement, showcase Goa’s MICE infrastructure, and strengthen its positioning as a leading destination for conferences and business events in India.
