Bhupinder Singh new CEO as of May 1 After four years in India and two bauma CONEXPO INDIA shows, the former CEO of bC Expo India, Igor Palka, will return to Messe München and assume new responsibilities as of May 1, 2017. His successor will be Bhupinder Singh, who is already CEO of the Messe München subsidiary Messe Muenchen India.
