Comexposium is strengthening its governance with the establishment of a new Executive Committee designed to accelerate the growth of its brands in France and internationally, and to drive the Group’s transformation. As one of the world’s leading organisers of professional and consumer events—with more than 400 events held every year across 20 countries—Comexposium is strengthening its positioning around key divisions and enhancing its operational efficiency to meet the evolving expectations of its clients, partners and communities.
Governance aligned with the Group’s strategic priorities
This evolution is part of the momentum initiated following the appointment of Pablo Nakhlé Cerruti as CEO of the Group in August 2025. It reflects Comexposium’s ambition to build a governance structure that supports a clear strategic direction:
- Strengthen the Group’s positioning in its key verticals: Food & Beverage, Education, Retail & Digital, Fashion & Accessories, Leisure, Healthcare, Security, Automotive & Transport
- Accelerate the growth of the Group’s brands in France and internationally through new formats and community engagement initiatives
- Strengthen overall management and sustainable performance by fostering cross- functional collaboration and operational excellence
A streamlined, complementary Executive Committee
“Comexposium’s transformation requires a clearer governance structure, closer to our markets. The Executive Committee brings together complementary expertise to accelerate the development of our brands and strengthen the Group’s performance across all geographies,” states Pablo Nakhlé Cerruti, CEO of Comexposium.
Pablo Nakhlé Cerruti has appointed eight members to lead the Group’s strategy,
performance and transformation:
- Carine Preterre – Managing Director, France Previously Director of the “Passions” events division, she leads French professional and consumer exhibitions as Foire de Paris, Retromobile, SolutionsCSE, Salon Photo, Salon du Tourisme, Milipol, Trustech, Intermat, Silmo, NRF Retail’s Big Show Europe, etc.
- Rodolphe Lameyse – Managing Director, Food & Beverage Division. He leads the Group’s Food & Beverage vertical, a newly created division dedicated to developing this market, where Comexposium is the world’s leading events organiser thanks to brands as SIAL, Wine Paris, Vinexpo Asia, Salon du Chocolat, Salon du Fromage et des Produits Laitiers, Gourmet Selection, etc.
- Driss Tazi – Managing Director, EMEA, US & Group Transformation. Former Group CFO, he oversees the EMEA and US subsidiaries (Comexposium One to One, Comexposium Healthcare, Comexposium US, L’Étudiant, WSN, MFV Exposition, Insight Events Denmark, Insight Events Sweden, etc.) as well as cross-functional Group transformation projects.
- Elaine Chia – CEO, Asia-Pacific. She oversees the Group’s operations in China, Southeast Asia, Japan, India, Australia and New Zealand, as well as expansion into new markets across the region.
- Arnaud Boussemart – Group Chief Financial Officer. With extensive experience in driving performance across international groups, he joined Comexposium at the beginning of the year.
- Ronen Cohen – Group Director, Operations & Purchasing. He oversees the design and delivery of all Group events and leads global procurement strategy.
- Morgan Lavielle – Group Director, Communications & CSR. He defines and
drives the Group’s communication, engagement and impact strategy.
- Sarah Martin – Group Director, Human She supports HR
transformation and talent development for the Group’s 1,200 employees.
